How often should cleanses be done?
The recommendation for frequency on cleansing is every 3 to 4 months. However; each of us have different digestive systems, with different symptoms and needs. Your personal cleansing may be every 2 months or every 6 months. Your body will tell you when it needs a cleansing as you will begin to experience the same symptoms you had prior to your initial cleanse.
My personal schedule is every 5 months. I have IBS-D, with gas, bloating and indigestion. I cleanse my colon and use digestive enzymes daily.
