How much water should I drink while cleansing?
Since hydration is important to our body’s on a routine basis, the rule is 8-10 8 ounce glasses of water a day.
While cleansing this is even more important. The minimum while cleansing is 8-10 and can be increased to 15 glasses a day. The water helps to facilitate the movement within the colon, allowing the herbs to rid the body of toxins and waste. Water also helps to rid the kidneys, liver, bladder, spleen, lungs and skin of toxins. So…drink up!!
